Rapid BER works closely with independent, Dublin-based, registered assessors to provide the largest and most timely BER service in Dublin. Through our large network of registered BER assessors, we meet the needs of customers in Dublin city and surrounding areas. The combination of our scale, flexibility and excellent value means we are positioned to be the first port of call for customers with either single unit assessments or the largest multi-unit projects.
Rapid BER was set up in response to new legislation requiring all property for sale or lease to have a Building Energy Rating certificate (see What is BER? section for more information). Rapid BER engages only highly skilled, SEI-registered assessors and places a great emphasis on professionalism and quality with customer satisfaction at all times being our primary concern.
